ANZ Transactive Global Platform

The ANZ Transactive Global Platform was a 5 year project to redesign, migrate and reimagine a number of ANZ’s Institutional Banking digital services into a new coherent Omni Channel. This was a end to end design process, engaging stake holders, researching, prototyping, testing and delivering in conjunction with a development team.
The project began uplifting an inflexible design system and navigation and firstly uplifting the interface so it could be given a more defined hierarchy and have the ability to be scaled up as more services from Institutional Banking was migrated into the the platform.
Once the interface was updated a user log in area so needed as well as reporting upgrades, mobile integration, payment system, user management and other new features. The required working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and the Development team to ensure a smooth design, revise and deliver process was carried out.

The development design assets were kept under an in house agreement and could not be posted publicly, however ANZ have now shared public user help videos which demonstrate the platforms in use and its designs which can be view below.
